had a good visit overall. The place was great, but with the renovations going on it did get kinda noisy at times. Not a huge deal, just something to know before ya go...

The tour was genuinely interesting, and the guide definitely knew their stuff. That said, I got a bit impatient with the pacing. Some parts moved way too fast, right when we actually wanted a second to look around or take a photo, and then other parts dragged on longer than they needed to. I’m still glad I went because Trinity is beautiful, but I really wish the whole thing had been balanced better.

The place was really clean and tidy, and even the toilets looked well looked after. It felt comfortable to use, and I’d definitely come back again.

Booked through visittrinity.ie for a family day out, it went about as smoothly as I’d hoped. I usually assume these kinds of trips will involve a bit of waiting around or the kids getting bored halfway through, but that wasn’t the case here. The staff were friendly, the kids stayed interested, and we never felt like we were being hurried along. Nice, easy experience overall, I’d happily go again.

Canceling was totally fine and straightforward. The only thing is the refund took longer than I expected, which was a little annoying, but it did come through eventually.

Our guide was really friendly and made the whole experience fun from start to finish. It felt easygoing and enjoyable, and I left feeling happy that we had such a great person leading us.

I had to ask someone for directions, and the signage could probably be a bit clearer. Once I got there, they were clean enough, so it wasn’t a big issue, just a little inconvenient if you’re only stopping by briefly. Still a nice place overall
